Dr. Malachi Z. York is the author of over 460 books called scrolls about all topics under and now above the sun. He has been teaching undisputable facts publicly since 1967 and since then no one has come forth to refute his teachings. He tells us he is here to break the evil hypnotic spell of ignorance and elevate us to our once supreme state of being.
Why has Dr. York been targeted for conspiracy?

Dr. York has been teaching for over 30 years, but he has been targeted because of WHAT he was teaching. He teaches facts over belief in all subjects so this independent way of thinking threatened all leadership that was based upon followers just accepting what they were told blindly with no facts to justify the leader’s claims or declarations. Conspiracy?

In 2002, York was arrested and charged with over a hundred counts of sexually molesting dozens of children. He pled guilty in 2003 in a plea bargain that was later dismissed by the judge, and then was convicted on 23 January 2004 – the judge having rejected his desire to be returned for trial to his own tribe: “All I am asking is that the court recognize that I am an indigenous person. I am a Moorish Cherokee, and I cannot get a fair trial if I am being tried by settlers or Confederates.”[22]
He asserted to the court that he was a “secured party,” and answered questions in court with the response: “I accept that for value.” This may have been a heterodox legal strategy based on patriot mythology.[23]
The Vision of Egypt of the West:

Dr. York was targeted for another reason and that was his vision of *Egypt of the West. After seeing the countless amusement parks and themed parks, there were none themed after the cradle of civilization. So part of Dr. York’s vision was to build a 476 acre Egypt of the West without any outside help, that could be enjoyed by people from all walks of life. This vision however took him to Putnam County Georgia which is known as clan territory right next to Reynolds Plantation where they had their own plans for that area and they didn’t need Dr. York and the wave of attention he was creating by building an Egyptian Park, what they felt would take money away from their plantation. This conspiracy included the county commissioners, county attorney and the sheriff.
